EURUSD

The Euro/Dollar Dropped again, but its Growth Resumption is still Possible

The euro/dollar failed to develop an upward movement in its direction to the 28th figure, and this led to the profit taking by the speculators, as a result the pair turned back and started decreasing after its unsuccessful attempts to conquer 1.2700. The bears effortlessly managed to reach the support in the proximity of 1.2640 — 1.2620, to overcome 1.2600 — 1.2580 and reach 1.2530. The 100-day moving average is on the 4 hour chart, the 20-day MA – on the daily one. Thus, the key support is in the proximity of 1.2550 — 1.2530, which could form the basis for the resumption of the rate's growth. But in case the pair passes this support, it would mean the hopes' collapse of the bulls for the pair's recovery. The resumption of growth is only possible, if the euro/dollar will overcome the resistance in the proximity of 1.2620 — 1.2640 again. The next support is close to 1.2500.

After all that happened last 2 weeks, it seems that EURUSD will end where it left 2 weeks ago : at the "I do not know what to do" point. Lot of "decisions" were made these weeks and the effect of all of them ended at the starting point. A typical "shaking the branch" scenario
