Macd color candles

Please forgive me for my english. i have a problem related to this custom indicators

A) I would like the color of the candles on the char to change to RED when macd (12.26.9) is below 0 and macd(12.26.9) is below the signal line. This 2 conditions have to be true the same time

and

B) I would like the color of the candles on the chart to change to green when macd (12.26.9) is above 0 and macd(12.26.9) is above the signal line. this 2 conditions have to be true the same time

If is possible i would like another indicator that is displayed as a text and has 2 informations: 10% of daily ATR(7) named "stop loss" and 15% of daily ATR(7) named "target"

same as in macd ind. below - ma fast hi, lo; ma slow hi, lo
