I'm trying to understand how to take off positions on a n/4 retrace.
Lets say I started at 1.4100, and price goes down 30 pips to 1.4070. I will use N=20 for simplicity.
This means I should have 2 longs
1 - 1.4100
2 - 1.4080
And 3 shorts
1 - 1.4100
2 - 1.4090
3 - 1.4080
Then it goes back to 1.4075, which is n/4. Which ones should I take off?
