How good can it be? Martingale EA? Relative drawdown 28.57%? With modelling quality 24.91%?

25% is the highest modeling quality that can be achieved on a 1 min backtest. Since the backtest was using data from the smallest time incriment (1 min), it's just as accurate as a 90% modeling quality backtest. This is just a quirk in MT's backtester. Also, on a 1 min backtest, "control points" or "every tick" will give you the exact same backtest results. Every tick looks inside the bar, but you can't look inside the bar on 1 min data anyway.

hmm... never try M1 before, in that case should be good aike. is there anyway...may be put tick data in backtest, would it be better? anyway, thanks for the information.
