Hi everybody,
Just spotted the following during forward testing 5_6_06. With both the USDCHF (PrefSettings true) and the EURUSD (own settings, but no S/L adjustments) it has set very high and useless S/L-es.
It might just be a glitch on my pc but was wondering if others have had the same happen.

VinceVince, good catch. I found the following with over $9 spreads from open price to stoploss. Phoenix code needs to be reviewed.

I do not know if I am strange, lucky or what else but the best performance I obtained was with ver. 5.6.3 mode 3. As usually each trade is made with 0.1 minilot and IBFX as broker. After exactely 4 weeks my demo account of 500 usd was 711. I had no week loosing compared with previous week,
I had only problems with my live accounts because I tried also other EA and got some losses. Anyway I noticed that I get more pips with ver. 5.6.3 than 5.6.6 but maybe it was just casualty...

Yes with P563 I got first week in November an amazing positive profits... since the news version are not so... amazing... No explanation... Darak is working hard on P6 and promise a new relase very soon... hope this new one will be an "hard gain pips" !

Anyway I must say that P563 does some strange things like today opening 3 trades on USDJPY then closing with a little loss the second and the third leaving open the first....
I can be wrong but usually mode 3 does not work like that
Results are always very interesting and P563 when left working alone will gain all those pips I loose making manual tradings
P566 has some big bugs, for example, it set very large ST sometime.

Comments : after a bad start, this week have been good. Even very good these two last days. Switch to P567a on Wednesday and this version seems extremely better than other version (even P5603). Very surprise by the difference... or market is better for Phoenix ?
close manually a GB/US manually at 101 pips.... I couldn't resist !!!!! Ah ! Ah !
Bad done coz Gb went down sharply and I could grab + 65 pips more ... But at that time the 101 pips were... in my pocket.. (The first one who have NOT done that...)

I defenitly left IBFX : in mid week, same period time, same cur, same computer, same problems of light, heat, connections.. Only signal different :
IBFX =-50
FXDD +200

i am trying to play catch-up here... i am so busy with my day job that i hardly find time to read the forums....

here are the results of my "main" demo account from the week of 1126-1201 and 1203-1208 plus a complete history since 1105.
IMO the results are great and i would trade like this in a heartbeat with a 50K account and a 20% risk exposure.
as a matter of fact my real account (mini-forex with IBFX) trades completely different. i don't even bother posting results here. it sucks bigtime! i started to close trades manually and shut down the $JPY pair for good. GBP$ seems to be the better choice there. where EURJPY is more or less in balance.
i was lucky to catch a few good trades on friday and position myself with 5 mini lots short on cable right when it started to turn. if the dollar starts to strengthen over the next few weeks i am going to be in very good shape.
