too me seems more like an ebay kind of indicator
one that sells for 29USD and makes 10,000$ profit
It looks like as a LS_CCI with period 14
Looks good until you realise this thing repaints to at least 4 bars back.
Anyone could build an indicator to look as good as that.
Anything which looks too good usually repaints without a doubt.
