update

i added the rsifilter(50) and the dpofilter(21) for additional confirmation

go long:

price closes above ema 34 and rsi(50)>0 and dpo(21)>0

re- entries (bounce on one of the emas)

go short:

price closes below ema34 and rsi(50)<0 and dpo(21)<0

re- entries (bounce on one of the emas)

If you look at the RSI for the 15 TF for both EURUSD and GBPUSD as of today, the RSI is flatline on the zero line. How would you handle this if everything else meets your rules? Would you look for RSI and/or DPO to point upwards and/or downwards before taking a trade?

bollinger bands are to isolate the sideways...

when they go nearly horizontal...

do you suggest any other criteria ?
