I am testing it with Alpari rus broker which is GMT+3 now. IBFX is GMT (GMT+0). So, if 3 pm on Alpari rus so it is 12 with IBFX (time is on the chart).
The same with SBS EA.
Check this TPE thread and SBS thread from the beginning as many people did time settings and already passed this way. It was many posts about it.Hi newdigital
I would like to go on testing this EA, what I'v been doing for some time with some good results, but I have some doubts about time settings.
I live in Portugal which is GMT (Western Europe, London, Lisbon, Casablanca). I am testing with swiss platforms (MIG, Westcapfx). Switzerland should be GMT+1 but I see my local time +2 in the clock of these trading platforms.
What do you sugest to use in Timezone setting?
Thanks

ThanksIt is nothing with local time. It is broker's server time. You may see it on the MetaTrader's chart.

So, what you sugest is if broker's server time is GMT+2 than Timezone setting in TPE EA should be 2, isn't it?
Regards

In my broker which I am testing with:
- broker's timezone = 2;
- EURUSD: timezone=1;
- GBPUSD; timezone=0;
- USDJPY: timezone=1;
- USDCHF: timezone=1.
But you may change it according to your settings and your pre-set file.
