Each of the three brokers (IBFX, FXDD and AlpariUK) has one instance of each version, running on different pairs, with different magic numbers. I am using the default magic number with each broker but within each broker no magic numbers repeat.
I will try running only one version per metatrader (broker) and see what happens.
That did it! Problem solved, with one version per metatrader all versions have placed pending orders. I set the time shift to the current hour on the chart and all placed pending orders within 30 seconds.

I think we need to wait for Igorad (author). Because I want to ask him to recode this EA for 5 digits price broker and make few other modifications (trading in the direction of Daily breakout based on Ichimoku indicator for example).
I would prefer igorad make the changes also. I will wait.
