can someone explain me what are the "preset" files ? Is necessary to use it in order to make a EA work well? Thanks in Advanced

Please don't !

Preset files are the files the MetaTrader saves the changesyou've made to the Expert Advisor settings in order to enable you to load these settings anytime you want.

So, You use Preset files in the case of changing the default settings of the expert advisor(s) and you'll not use them in the case of using the default settings of the expert advisor(s).
