Hi newdigital,
I now found the "compile"-button. So I opened the mini-vers. and said "compile" and then the editor showed a million errors in the ea.....did I do something wrong? Or is this irrelevant? I never did this before, so sorry for asking these stupid questions....

How to doawload?
Right mouse click on the attachments and select "Save as ...".
EAs from your lats page - it is just webpage.
Just compare my with yours:
Download EAs one more time from those links https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/176044 (on attachments: right mouse click and select "Save as ...")

It is something with your downloading ...
Go to this link https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/173366/page22 and righ mouse click on the attachment and select "Save the object as ..." and save it on your desktop.
After that place downloaded file in experts folder, for example: C:\Program Files\MetaTrader 4\experts
After that open Metatrader. The file should be compiled already. You will be able to attach it. If not - open MetaEditor from Metatrader, find this file and compile.

as you can see in my previous post, I finally managed to get the file the right way.
And you are right: I could attach it to the chart without a problem.
Now one question is still open: What settings do I have to change in which way to get the EA to place the pending orders closer to the market price?
The mini-version I just attached set pending orders on the sell-side 80 pips away and on the buy-side about 150 pips away.

I will attach both...wonder, what I am doing wrong....
