I've tried 100 pips v. 3 [1] EA for last week and the results are great.
Hi, can you post the version you was using as I tested the 100 pips v. 3 [1] EA too and it eat up all the margin on a $10,000 demo account
Final Thoughts
I've been testing this EA on live demo this week.
What I have noticed is that the EA will place buys and sells at any moment, not caring about when the MA crosses took place, but simply looking at whether MA1 is above or bleow MA2. Not when , not how far apart, and not looking at whether they are reapproaching each other, etc...
Though many good signals, also many bad.
Perhaps a good filter is needed to make it work better. Unless filter can be added, I don't think the EA is good to use.

Testing in MT4 North Finance buy i test on demo end not very good profit

I took your suggestion seriously
and coded the following TEA (toy expert advisor).
240 pips in the last 5 hours and counting in EURUSD,M30! 95% winning trades! Not bad, huh?
Amuse yourself.
PS: Of course strategy testers are useless here as it works within the bar and the testers just simulate this kind of motion.

It allways opens only one possition and work really great.
I tryed it on TradeXecutioner platform (Tradex Group) with 6 points TP and it all the time gets TP. This EA need some filter for the news time when markets volume is high. I think that it work best from 2 AM GMT till 8 AM GMT and then in the evening.
Try to trade this time, take 6 take profits that is 6x6=36 points, trade 20 days a month 36x20= 720 points. That is good result I think...about this script

What is the longest timeframe the 100p EA has been run? Does it show a profit over this timeframe?
I just realised the Starter EA is not a profitable as hoped. Some months are good and others you lose it all.
