WCCI Pattern

Hi ND,

There's some Russian language written inside this indicator code. It looks like a trading system. I think, maybe, it explain the symbol illustrated on the chart for each pattern. I looked at it and have explanation for ZLR trade, Shamu, Trend Line Break, vegas trade, Ghost Trade, Reverse Divergence and Hook From Extreme.

I can't translate it using web translator. If you have time could you please translate it for me?

I attached here the doc file which i copy it from the indicator code, as well as the indicator itself.

Thanks.

The version of SuperWoodiesCCI posted before had a bug related to the coloring of the downtrend buffer. I fixed it.

The SuperWoodiesCCI is better than WCCI because it does the coloring of the bars to indicate the trend is formed as discussed in the pdf.

I also changed the neutral trend color to gray, changed the default inputs to be the same as those in the pdf, and set it to automatically draw the lines at 200, 100, -100, and -200.

Thanks for the updated version bro. By the way could you advise me how to interprate this indicator..when to buy and when to short?

Yellowback...CCI is a reflection of prices dance around moving averages.

Look how early the trend line break gave a short signal.

Smooth it out and it will be as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike, zero line cross is not a very reliable signal but a smoothed late one is even worse.

PS if you are determined there is a smooth cci on the TSD somewhere, do a search

Please find woodies trading systems on this thread above (i-Gentor etc). Besides read something about woodies at https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/172999 and use it as a manual (Woodie's CCI Club. Basic Patterns and Terminology. By James L. O'Connel).

Can i know why i cant access this page?

Deleted thread.

It was 'Basic Patterns and Terminology'.
