yes it can happen but I think it is still usable on a timeframe .............. 1 hour or more, it would be a pre-signal

If you can code it is that you can validate the 2 bars after crossing the intersection just to avoid having too many signals. Do not put arrows but any marker type X ...............

I don't think that traveling salesman problem has too much similarities with forex (forex is a time series, traveling salesman is not)
