MT4 popup prices "quotes" Full screen problem

i am having this problem with my metatrader 4.00 version 4 build 1031
the problem is that i have 2 screens and every time i show the popup prices box and drag it to the 2nd screen and right click it to make it show in full screen it automatically full screen at the 1st screen " the main screen "
which is really annoying. i downloaded MT5 and this problem not there while using MT5 it full screen at any screen i have the box on. is there a way to fix this problem with MT4?
any help is appreciated
