Hi All,

I have been looking at code, which imports calendar events from the following link:

http://www.forexfactory.com/ffcal_week_this.xml

I was just wondering if anybody was aware of an xml link that provides news data, (not calendar data).   I have tried the following, but the link doesn't work when I browse it in safari or attempt a download:

http://rss.forexfactory.net/news/all.xml

http://rss.forexfactory.net/news/breakingnews.xml

Is there any open source mql for processing news ?

Thanks

A simple search brings me to:

In this article we look at the possibility of creating an application for the display of RSS feeds. The article will show how aspects of the Standard Library can be used to create interactive programs for MetaTrader 5.

Sorry - perhaps I wasn't very clear.

The real problem I had was finding a data source.   As it turns out, I have recently looked at the xml feeds above on windows and the xml displays easily, so I should be able to work it out using my existing code or the links that you have sent.

I have been using Safari, which does something weird and doesn't display the xml.   Having never used rss before, I assumed it was a problem with the source, rather than my browser.

Thanks for your help.
