Script that counts orders?

Hello,

 can I find a script somewhere that counts all open orders? I found a lot of discussion about such features, but no solutions or none that did anything when installed. A simple count of all open orders would do, but additional functions would be lovely as well (total lot size open, buy vs sell, ...), or some addition to the Exposure tab.

I'm certain I'm not the first to require such a basic, trivial function. Surely someone has already written a working script in the past.

I'd be most grateful if someone could point me towards one.

Yes, and found only what I mentioned above. Same with an extended search through the mql forums.

Herr Roeder seem to get a sick satisfaction out of derogatory comments. Otherwise you'd either post a helpful reply or, if you really thought the question so irrelevant and below you, none at all. 
You have earned the distinction of the two most useless posts I have come across on this forum and my extended searches of it. I have thus reported you to the administrator. I hope this gets you the attention you seek. 
I was going to make the point that a complete idiot, incapable of using a search engine, probably wouldn't end up on a highly specialised technical forum like this one. But your very presence proved me wrong, as testified in your perfectly senseless link.
 
A simple search will give you lots of examples. Strange that we can find them but you can't.

It is you that wasted everyone's time, by not doing "such a basic, trivial" search. I said it, Keith Watford said it, and then I said it more forcefully, which finally got you "the attention you seek."
