question about meta editor not found

hello guys.

lately when i want to open metaeditor, i often got error on journal .

meta editor not found 

 

i have to click it 5 until 10 times  before the metaeditor turn on.

 

 

i use  additional monitor for my laptop.

sometimes metaeditor  blink about 1 second on my 2nd monitor  then disappear again and  error meta editor not found is writen in journal.

anybody have the same problem ? is there any trick to solve this?
