Code Base: failed parse codes
There is something wrong with your ea codes. Show us and someone will help if it is not too much. Please use SRC (besides video icon) to paste the codes.
Not sure previous response is accurate in any capacity. I have been running the same EA for several years now and we are just now seeing this same issue as of last couple days. Potential build bug?
Anyone else have knowledge on this specific error. As of now, it doesn't seem to affect trading in any capacity.

Isn't this an MT4 reported error rather than an EA reported error ? isn't it simply that MT4 failed to access the codebase in some way ?
