I would recommend contacting Meta-Quotes directly as they're probably the only ones who could.

Rather the ServiceDesk, but you have to create a profile on mql5.com

Lol, yep I didn't want to piss him off by telling him to create an mql5_profile in order to delete his mql4_profile.

These things must be handled delicately these days.

Ps: I also taught about asking him why he wanted to delete his profile after so long.

But then I said squash that ... none of my business.
