Managing multiple windows

One of the great feature of the previous version was its ability to place tiled windows exactly where you want them. The order was determined by the order of the window tabs at the bottom of the screen. This is a fabulous feature which made it very easy to get my windows in order whenever I want. How do I do that in v4 600??
