Where was this indicated ?
The MetaQuotes MT4 setup executable was downloaded and upgraded it to the current beta Build 584. It was indicated by MQ there were would be 21 timeframes available in the new release however all that is visible in this build is the standard 9 timeframes. How do you activate/expose/add the additional 12 new timeframes?

Here.

which includes the details for MT5's 21 timeframes
( https://www.mql5.com/en/docs/constants/chartconstants/enum_timeframes )
Ah, so we're still on 9 timeframes then eh?

Yep, you can create your own timeframe in an offline chart though, can't do that in MT5.
