Oops, seems not normal situation as it is yet a beta.
 
I certainly hope they can correct it then. I contacted the service desk and support at my broker to let them know.

Not sure what all that means other than there are problems with it. I also noticed that there is missing data on the 1M charts, plus it has shut down the program several times on its own.
