All I am looking for is something like the picture below. Lines are automatically drawn.

It is like drawing a trend line where when it is going down, a line is drawn at the top and vice versa.

If you can't specify it exactly then how do you expect to be able to code it ? "It is like . . ." is not an exact specification.
