Funds not showing up?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I moved funds from BTC-e to MetaTrader 4 on Nov 20th, and they never showed up in my account. Can't seem to get an answer from BTC-e, and can't seem to find out how to contact anyone at MetaTrader. Anyone know who I could talk to in order to get to the bottom of this?
You can't transfer funds to MetaTrader 4. That is a program. Of course metaquote doesn't care. You can only transfer funds to your broker account. and only MTC-e and your broker can help.
