Zero is irrelevant. Close your other open orders. Not enough money means you don't have enough free margin.

In other demo account is working.
Sorry for the caused inconvenience, but currently we have some issues with margin-calculation on ECN-DEMO. Any pending order with JPY takes all free margin, and you can’t place neither market nor pending order. This issue will be fixed very soon. Now, like a temporary measure, you can delete GBP/JPY pending order and it will unleash margin, and you will be able to trade.
