but if i want to read how the program is written or modify a part of program,how to do?
 
You read or modify the mql4.
 
The mq4 is for the human to read and edit, then metatrader compiles it into an e4 for the computer read.. it's not for humans.

Contact the owner of the source code and ask for it . . .  if they say no then you can't modify.
