Having the same issue, on Win 7 x64, with MT 4.0 32-bit build 509.
Unfortunately, using the metalang file here doesn't work. Not sure if it is the compiler in and as of itself, but, using the metalang file here, for build 509, unfortunately, breaks compiling, meaning, it doesn't seem to compile, as I can write rubbish that should not compile, and it apparently still compiles, but does not actually create the ex4-file.
Has anyone got any idea how to fix this, for build 509?
Shall contact service desk as well.
