can anybody show me exactly how every new price is subtracted from the price of some ten minutes ago.
thanks
No, that is impossible. You can't get such data from the stored history, the history has a best resolution of M1, and each record on M1 holds the Open, Close, High and Low that occurred during that 60 seconds . . . even if you stored the Bid price for each tick that happened during the last 600 seconds (10 mins) you can't guarantee that you would have had a tick exactly 600 seconds ago . . .
So what you have asked for cannot be done . . . perhaps you would like to revise your requirement ?

how is this coded subtracting low from high within two hours( every two hours)
You need to be more specific about what you are trying to do . . . for example, the high of the last 2 H1 bars - the Low of the last 2 H1 bars could be . . .
double HighMinusLow_H2 = MathMax(iHigh(NULL, PERIOD_H1, 1), iHigh(NULL, PERIOD_H1, 2)) - MathMin(iLow(NULL, PERIOD_H1, 1), iLow(NULL, PERIOD_H1, 2));
