MetaQuotesLanguageEditor bug perhaps?

Hello forum.

I have been having problems with MetaQuotes Language Editor, in that when I copy code to paste elsewhere, it shuts down (The editor part of the program, but not metatrader4)

Extremely annoying and time consuming and does not happen when I use my laptop.

I tried installing new versions of metatrader4, but the problem persists.

Has anyone come across this problem and if yes, any ideas on a solution?

I could not find a similar post (not to say there isn't one that I could be referred to)
