So if you run it on XAGUSD it does test without errors, which means it is not coded correctly for EURUSD since that gives errors. Mind you the PF over 1 month was 0.49 ( I had to reduce the test time and increase the account size because otherwise it crashes the account and fills the journal with errors.)

OrderSendError 130.

How long did you wait for it to take a trade ? your strategy tester report shows approx 2 trades a week . . .

If this EA is found or build it makes no difference that you need to learn how to use mq4 to see bad coded programs

which is why I had to multiply TP and SL by 10 before it would work properly.

Notice that my M15 back test is a bit different to yours! Mine is a real account with a real spread (and in fact I have a couple of positions on XAGUSD today).

it never starts to trade on live or demo.. thats the problem.
