How i Can delete my signal provider account?

I want buy signal but i cant do this if im signal provider

Can I copy trades from MetaTrader 4 to MetaTrader 5 or vice versa?
 
I think Krupol want to subscribe/follow/buy one of MQL5's signal providers,,,,, but he can't subscribe any, because Krupol already registered as seller.

He has to use an other account then. Or maybe write to ServiceDesk.

What do you mean? You can subscribe to any Signal from your account but then you never can create your own Signal based on this account. Do not write to servicedesk.

It is the other way. His account has been used as provider, but it is no more. Now he want to use it as subscriber. 

This question is often asked, so it would be interesting to add it to the FAQ.
