Terminal problem

I had a bug in my code and when I used the bugged indicator, it froze my laptop.

I restarted the computer and fixed the bug but I am unable to open up the mt4 terminal but I can open up all other apps on my laptop. How do I get mt4 terminal to open again?

Remove the buggy Indicator from the experts/indicator folder . . . or just open the fixed version in the Editor, compile and then replace the mq4 and ex4 files in the experts/indicator folder prior to starting MT4

The version editor is not also opening for me to follow the prompt as instructed
