Shift in indicators
When you apply a value > 0 to the shift value, does this shift to the previous TICK or the previous time frames value?

Basically, I am coding an indicator cross over, and I want to do it based on the close of the previous candle and the close of the current candle.
How do I get the value of an indicator of the previous bar, when the indicators values are based off of the time frames close.
Never mind, I am an idiot. Shift references the previous bar. Been a long week and I think the weekend is just going to get longer, hopefully in a good way.
