Following Signal while offline MT4

Hello,

Is it possible to follow a signal while my computer is shut down ?

Because i follow a signal right know but all operations are done when i connect my account... I would like the signal followed when I m offline also.

I understand that its not possible to follow a signal while our computer is shut down. I have few questions though:

 1. Can we follow signal while mt4 is logged in on different account?

2. Can we install 2 mt4 so that we can run 2 accounts simultaneously?
