Please help - MT4 crashing making MT a non-workable solution

We've posted this issue probably 10 times in this forum, have contacted the brokers, have posted on other forums, still, we have a crashing MT4 platform. The crash happens across multiple brokers, although some brokers are worse. We have re-installed the platform, the PC has sufficient resources (no other terminal running on Xeon Quad Core with 8 GB Ram) and EAs have all been compiled for build 226. We have gone through the steps the broker suggested, and it does not solve the problem. Strategies run for anywhere from 1 - 3 days before the crash. However, when the crash happens, we have to realize a floating loss because of open positions, and strategies are 'reset' - this is obviously a sure way to slowly lose money. This issue has been replicated on many brokers (more than 3) in more than 5 countries. This issue has NEVER happened on a demo, only on a live server. In demo testing, our strategy (EA) made 50% in 1 month, in live trading, the same EA using the same settings loses. This brings into question if MT4 is really a viable solution for trading with live money. As a group that has spent significant investment in the development of strategies in MT4, it is in our interest to solve these issues, not to complain about it or abandon MT4. Is there anyone at MetaQuotes who we could speak to about this issue directly, or is there any demo MT4 administrator we could be given access to in order to troubleshoot this issue? Or does anyone have any suggestion how to even begin to troubleshoot this platform crash problem? We can upload hundreds of such snapshots (see attached) and code to some of the EAs we are using by request. This issue has caused us (and likely many others) to be in a complete shut down mode where it's impossible to trade anything. It says build 226 is from 2009 - is there any planned updated build that can solve these issues?
