Need help with autoChangeSTOPLOSS EA

Hello,

can somebody help me to bild EA witch will automatic change stop loss and make new pending order .

Exsample ..

I open order on E/u BUY at 1.4000 !
- when price come to +20 pips profit (1.4020) EA must change stop loss to 1.4010 and make new pending order on open price (1.4000) with insame lots !
- But if first order come : ASK<=STOP LOSS or ASK<=OrderOpen price then restart tracking order ! And must track new order if is exicute!

Its very simple .. but i can make.. somebody witch know mt4 this can make in 30min ..
