Help needed to create an alert please!

I need someone to create an alert for me please. This is the first step towards creating a possible EA with my system. But I would rather get the alert first, then manually forward-test my system, create all the guidelines about MM, SL etc..., fine tune it and eventually go for an EA. Since I am not a tech guy, I need help. As per Pic #1 you can see that the price has to cross the 12 LWMA (red and blue line) then cross the 50 EMA (Green Dotted line). Then it has to come back and touch the 5 EMA (yellow line) and the alert would be triggered. So in other words, the alarm is triggered when a set up is there on the 4 hour chart. Anything above the 50 EMA will trigger alert for Longs and anything below 50 EMA will trigger for Shorts. For more details and info you can contact me at nurani (dot) al (at) gmail (dot) com.
