The way I learned was to find a broker with good education. Many brokers offer introductory webinars and tutorials that can teach the basics. This site (http://www.earnforex.com/forex_brokers.php) has a list. Try their web sites and find one that suits you.
I also read books on specific techniques and strategies.
Once I understood how to trade, I found forums very useful. http://www.forexfactory.com/forum.php is useful, but there's so much stuff it's easy to be overwhelmed. This forum is great for programming techniques for automated trading.
If you have a friend who is also interested it helps to learn together.

Ibrahim, this is a programming forum. If you need to learn about trading, then this really isn't the place. If you have a strategy that you need to automate, then this is the place to come if you need some help with your programming.
