TSWilson:
I would like to optimise on other metrics, for example K-Ratio.
Does anyone know if there is a way this can be accomplished with the MetaTrader optimiser? If it can be done, can anyone point me towards any information about how to do this?
Not as far as I'm aware. Not only is there no K ratio, there's not even a Sharpe ratio. And such a thing would require a big change to the strategy tester/optimiser: it doesn't currently produce a time-based rather than trade-based history.
