How would one convert this AML_v2.mq4 to mq5? It creates ModSchiff PF and parallels, various "slave" objects that follow the user-drawn master Andrews PF object.

I speak for myself. If my blog or website is designed like yours, hyperlinking back here in that manner, I would be very uncomfortable. I am not sure about legal issues but I would not do it this way. It looked like you "own" the mql4.com website?!
