Agent re-compile / Connection Interactivebrokers and MT4

Is it possible to re-compile already compiled trade agent (.ex4). I have bought a few quite successful trade agents for which I do not have source code. In case I could add insode the code a few amandements agent will work even better ..

However main problem is that I would like to connect MT4 and InteractiveBrokers. There are some interfaces on the market but all I now requires new trade commands inside MT4 agent. This means that bought agents will not work anymore... Any idea how this problem can be solved very welcome ..
