I got this error code today while running an ea while using a for loop to close a portion of a trade.

etc.
i removed the EA and the ran it again on the same chart. Then my sells started getting caught in the same error loop.
I've never seen this before. Does this mean there is a connection problem? Or my broker's servers are acting up? Or what? What does this mean? How do I handle this?
