Then i assume that the product isn't connected to your account.

I suggest you enter your MQL5 account credentials in your MT4 and install the product.

Afterwards you should be able to write a review.

You can only review and comment on products you have purchased under the same MQL5 account.

 
Is it normal for a seller to be authorized to put a negative review on a competitor. Specially when the competitor product is Free and adding a slur review is Free?
