My charts are frozen, why?

Hi,

All my charts are not updated, they still stay at the data of Aug 13.

Can anyone tell me how to update the charting of my MetaTrader 4?

Thanks Rosh. I checked, there's nothing shown on the bottom.

What should I do? any button I can activate the chart feed?

I just open a new account, it then works.

 

I encountered this really weird issue today:

AUDCAD M1 is frozen and I cannot see recent candles from the last few hours.

Yet AUDCAD M5 and other timeframes are working fine.

It appeared to be an indicator causing my problem, but despite trying multiple solutions this did not resolve the issue:

- Closed and reopened AUDCAD chart

- Loaded a new template with none of the previous indicators

- Used Chart > Refresh

- Toggled [Shift Chart Forward]

After restarting MT4 it seemed to resolve the AUDCAD M1 frozen chart.

I loaded the previous Template and there does not appear to be further problems.

I could not see any specific error logged in Journal.

Any ideas why this occurred, and only on AUDCAD M1 but not other AUDCAD timeframes?
