how does mql5 match symbols for signal copying. 

my broker uses EURUSDm but i am trying to copy a signal from a subscriber with symbol EURUSD. I get error of 'sell EURUSD skipped as no symbol found'

i have used trade copiers in the past that had no problems with symbol matching, how come metaquotes signal service is having this problem.

anybody with a solution?

I tired to ad my account as signal but I got message it was already used.

WTF? Someone using my account?

 Where can I ask support to delete it?

I was having same problem. But second day i try again and it was approved. I think there are some technical problems. try again.

I recently became a signal provider since 3 weeks and I see that I only have the option to be a free signal. Why is that? I also registered has a seller.

When are you allowed to charge for your signal?

Is there something else to do? 

 

Also when do you get a ranking?

Only Real account can be used for paid signal. Please read the Rules of Signals service.
