I bought Daily Pivot Points from an Ebay Seller - who says he has resell rights for this script ! ?
if it is exactly the same as on mql4.com, then surely it is a scam and you may ask for refund
if he refuses to, then start a dispute on ebay/paypal or chargeback process in your bank

In my search for indicators i purchased "Easy indicator System MT4 Trading FOREX Profit per Day" from an eBay seller.
It turns out it is the Meta Quotes own "Daily Pivot Points" indicator
After discovering that he had ripped this script directly from the mql4.com code base, i asked for a full refund
He replied saying "Sorry, but we have resell rights..."
How can an ebay seller have resell rights to this script? when it is
