Are there any American brokers offering Metatrader5 real accounts?

Please, don’t think I’m trying to ignore this forum’s rules. I need information because my search has been frustrating.

I’m American and I want to open a Forex account in the US that supports MT5 (not a paper trading account).

Please, is there anybody trading real money in MT5 with an American broker? Thanks

Search the forum https://www.mql5.com/en/search#!keyword=US%20broker&module=mql5_module_forum

Search the google  http://www.google.com/search?q=MT5+broker+accept+US+traders

To other user, please don't mention any broker.

I have had the same problem!!! I have been searching for an MT5 real money broker for many months- since before I joined this website.  All of the one's in that say they accept US clients either do NOT, or only offer Demo accounts.  Please, if anyone knows how i can use MT5 on real-money account in the United States- private message me.  It's seems like Americans aren't allowed to use MT5!

I am afraid you won't find any real MT5 brokers that accept US traders. Have to wait for some to appear.

Yeah, I ran into this too, so was researching foreign brokers.  I don't know if this is unusual, but one of the ones I researched reduced the leverage on your weekend trades to 1:1 so they wouldn't carry any risk of the trade going bad.  I immediately crossed them off my list.  I do remember seeing an MT5 broker based in NJ, so you might hunt for them.  Sorry, forgot the name, even if I could post it.

You may want to ask US based brokers that using MetaTrader 4, on why they still not and when they will making MetaTrader 5 available.

Here's how to do it - open MT5's navigator (Ctrl + N), right click "Accounts" and select "Open an account". On "Open an account" window, scroll down till you find "add new server like access.metatrader5.com:443" and click on it, type US broker name over there and hit Enter.

I did that with FXDD, but I'm not so sure if it's FXDD Malta or US :(

I'm not having much luck for opening a real account for the Forex because the brokers I find do not allow U.

Hello,

I would like to make an update on the current status of brokers accepting American based clients for MT5. From the 2 brokers mentioned on page https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/9458/page2 actually Sensus Capital Markets does not run MT5. The sales guy says MT4 is better ...
