I've tried these links and these are for MT5. I'm sure if I get the VPS on MT5, I cannot use that for MT4 accounts or has that changed?
Also, I definitely have not subscribed already as there's no servers from that link. The payment portal is still processing for the last 10 mins.

MQL5 VPS for MT5 can not be used for MT4.
Besides, this MQL5 VPS is for one trading account ("MQL5" is the name of our website in this case in MQL5 VPS).
As to the payment so it is better to deposit the fund to the forum account/profile, and after that only - pay from the forum profile.
Besides, there are free minutes so you can test it before paying - for example (it is for MT5 but it is similar for MT4):

Fill Community tab of your Metatrader with your forum login and forum password (and with Metatrader journal confirmation of sucessful login), for example - I filled Community tab with the confirmation:

I'm on a MT4 Platform and trying to run a virtual server on it, but to rent the vps they're payment page is stuck on processing.
Not sure what to do next??
