Withdraw problem

Hello everyone 

I have a problem when i want to withdraw money to my webmoney account, 

I tried many times and still not succeed,  the message comes to that say  CardpayWebmoney is failed. Payment system declined the transaction.

Please have any solutions?

Withdraw from MQL5 forum account?
There are two solutions:

• write to the service desk,
  and
• write to webmoney service desk (because it may be the limitation for some countries related to webmoney for example).

i did webmoney support team says the problem is in mql5 ,and the mql5 support team says the problem in webmoney

I don't know what to do

Seems the webmoney withdrawal is ok now,

i did it now,it was working,
